• Billing information — plan and subscription status. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data — API request counts, timestamps, and rate-limit/quota metrics tied to your API keys, used for billing, abuse prevention, and reliability.
• Technical data — IP address and basic request metadata, used for security and per-IP safeguards.

2. How we use information

• to provide, maintain, and secure the Service;
• to authenticate requests and enforce plan limits and quotas;
• to process subscriptions and prevent fraud and abuse;
• to communicate service, security, and billing notices.

3. Cookies

The dashboard uses a secure, httpOnly session cookie for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Essential cookies are required for the Service to function.

4. Third-party processors

We rely on a small set of service providers to operate TickBase — including a payment processor for billing and infrastructure providers for hosting and delivery. These providers process data only as needed to perform their services.

5. Data retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Usage logs are retained for a limited period for security and operational analysis.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. API keys are stored only as salted hashes — the plaintext secret is shown once at creation and never stored. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however.
